We Are Your Home Away From Home

We are a locally owned, family oriented cabin campground and event space rental.

Come and relax in this beautiful, fun and friendly environment. Our cabins will be your “home away from home”. They feature luxurious accommodations complete with gourmet kitchen, dining/living room, two bathrooms, “rocking chair” front porch, screened back porch next overlooking a grassy meadow, or a lush fern forest setting. Cabins have satellite TV, wood burning fireplace and a gas grill.

There are also designated areas around the cabins with picnic tables and fire rings. For the ultimate relaxing week or weekend, these log cabins are sure to be your favorite hideaway.

We love to entertain!

We will work with you and coordinate with all of your vendors to host your next event. You can choose your own vendors, or we can assist you with recommendation. Our peaceful surroundings make us the perfect place to host your next event!

We can cater to whatever you need for your wedding, office retreat, family reunion, motorcycle club, church event, fly-in, etc.

Scenic Views

Here is a video of a Cabon Cub fly-in at Kennedy Creek Resort. The sun was doing pure magic breaking through a few feather-light clouds helping the Blue Ridge haze stand out. The backdrop of leaves turning in the mountains made for a picture-perfect fly-in. Note: since this vdeo has been created our Pavilion has been completed and is already hosting weddings and events!

Excellent customer service! The resort has lodging to fit every budget. Tent, yurts, bunkhouse and a hostel....let's not forget the cabins. Clean, spacious and amazing views. I can't say enough about our stay. All the staff treated me and my daughter like family. We stayed in the #1 bunkhouse (The Americana). It was perfect for me and my daughter. Just steps away from the bathhouse, playground, and Tavern. The location was central to a whole weekend of sight seeing and adventures. We definitely will be booking with them again in the future.

My wife and I have been traveling over GA hiking and enjoying nature and we found this awesome spot! We stayed in the “Free Spirit” yurt and enjoyed our stay!

Everything was perfect. The food from the restaurant was AMAZING. We got the Catfish dinner on Friday and the Ribs on Saturday. Probably the best Catfish I’ve ever had. The wait staff were amazing and very helpful. The Yurt we stayed in was beyond our expectations. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The property was nestled in the prairie in between mountains and very open and lush. 5 stars.

My daughter and I stayed here overnight and could not have been more impressed. Beautiful place, well-kept grounds, well decorated lodging. Meals were delicious. The owners, Jerry and Claudia, are nice folks and facilitated conversation between the guests. It was our first time here, but we met many other guests who have been coming back for a long time, and I can see why. We will definitely be back.

The camp grounds looked great. The entertainment was fun. Our kids had such a really great time. This place was great. Very relaxing, low key and beautiful. A perfect getaway for a few days. The drive there is amazing as well as to the other small neighboring towns. The staff was very friendly and we wished we could have stayed a little longer. We will definitely be back.

Love this place and the people who run it are amazing! Professional Chef James is a sweet person and cooks amazing dinners! The grounds are beautiful with mountains in the background and a small plane airport. Many lodging options as well that fits everyone's needs. So glad I found this place and have now been back many times. A must for those seeking serenity and a place to relax.
